My Surgeon said it was successful, but 4 days later, it detached and I was in the ICU septic on the verge of dieing. 38 days in the hospital and 7 in a rehab, my new Ileostomy continues to leak. I am in a Hollister Convex wafer. The problem is where the ostomy was placed.
