I know that it is a form of Codeine but that is about 1.5 to 2 times the strength for equal amounts. I think it is about 18 times less potent compared to Heroin IV. It it is metabolized like Codeine into Morphine by the liver. WebDihydrocodeine has some active metabolites but is also active on its own so its pharmacology does differ a bit. Anyway the short answer is that it's meant to be 1.5 to 2 times stronger, already considering its poor bioavailability (how much of the drug gets into the bloodstream after being metabolised).
