WebI have diamond warranty for less than a year and during this period i get couple of claims. Every time i get a break down i go to a licenced mechanic and let them call diamond. They respond immediately and they pay for all that is covered under the policy. I just pay the deductible. I am very satisfied with them and i recommend them to all l know.
