WebDec 31, 2024 · I signed up for a Microsoft 365 business account using the e-mail I use for work. However, I cannot actually sign into the account using that e-mail. I tried using the domain name e-mailed to me, but that also does not work. It's really frustrating that I'm paying for a service that I cannot actually access.
